We offer various shipping options depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery within the United States.
- Next-Day Shipping: Available for urgent orders within the U.S. (please confirm availability at checkout).
Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will be able to view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.
- For orders under $50, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time but are working to expand our delivery options.
- P.O. Boxes: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes; however, please note that some expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website or directly on our website using the tracking link provided.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@treehuthsea.my, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, if we expand shipping options in the future, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Treehuth Sea is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there is a mistake in your address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections.
