  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products such as opened body care items (body lotions, oils, etc.) or used soaps.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with the return process.

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  3. Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you can send the product back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange, depending on your preference and product availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or used body care products (such as lotions, oils, body washes, and soaps).
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

4. Refunds

5. Exchanges
